Danny Malin bins veg in Tenerife kebab review joined by son and daughter

Rate My Takeaway's Danny Malin has ventured a little further afield for his latest review.

The food critic treated his fans to a video from the sunny island of Tenerife, where he is currently on holiday with his family.

In a much more modest setup than usual, Danny recruited his son, George, as cameraman while his daughter, Summer, joined him in reviewing the food.

"We have decided that we are going to try to do a little bit of a video - get back to old school," said Danny.

"There's no fancy lighting, there's no cameraman giving it the big one, it's just me and the kids."

The trio decided to eat at El Turco where Danny ordered a chicken kebab, Summer ordered a kebab box and George ordered a pizza.

After his food arrived, Danny began by scraping the sweetcorn - which he described as "devil's food" - from his plate.

Tucking into his kebab, Danny said: "You know what, it's seasoned really, really well."

He then went on to try George's pizza, saying: "That is really good." George agreed, describing the pizza as "absolutely banging."

George gave his meal a 10/10 while Summer gave her's an 8.5/10.

Reviewing his meal, Danny said: "The kebab meat is full of flavour, it's not greasy, it's got nice crunchy chips and fresh crunchy salad. The only thing that lets it down for me is, obviously, the devil's food (sweetcorn).

"So for me, I'm going to give it a nice, solid nine."
