Danny Dyer is considering going under the knife for a breast reduction operation.
“I’m thinking of getting my Lills done, I ain’t gonna lie,” the EastEnders actor admits.
Danny is becoming increasingly upset with his chest, which he estimates to be a C-cup.
His daughter, Dani , says: “My dad keeps saying he wants surgery on his man boobs. He reckons he’s developed a C-cup bra size and they really bother him.
“It makes me laugh that he hates them so much. He talks about them all the time.”
Dani, who split from Love Island boyfriend Jack Fincham this week, isn’t going to follow her dad’s example after admitting she “hated” the lip fillers she had done last year.

“My mum said I looked like I’d been walloped in the mouth.”
“My manager won’t let me have anything done,” she says. “I’ve got a lot of young girls who do look up to me.
