The Dyer family have been left 'devastated' as their great grandmother has been taken to hospital with pneumonia.
Due to the current restrictions on social distancing, the Dyer's have been left unable to visit their poorly gran.
The mum of EastEnders actor Danny, 42, Christina Dyer, shared the heartbreaking news on Twitter.
She told her followers: "My little mum is in hospital with pneumonia. Not Covid thank f***. I’m taking up parcels and phoning her, but not being able to visit her is f***ing devastating."
Love Island star Dani, 24, then commented: "Hope she's OK" followed by two red love hearts.
Chris responded to her granddaughter: "So do I! Love you xxx"
She then told another fan: "I know she is in the best place to get better."
The Dyers are a very tight knit family.
Earlier this year, Dani revealed that her nan had taken her to the pub when she split up with on-off boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.
"Nan took me for one beer and now I couldn’t happily sit down the pub all day," gushed Dani.
Chris was also there for Dani when she split with her Love Island boyfriend Jack Fincham.
Standing up for Dani when a troll said she'd let go of an 'amazing guy', Chris fired: ""How do you know that he is an amazing guy? Do you have inside information?"
She added: "To all you f***wits out there slagging off my beautiful granddaughter, just remember she has got a bestselling book and a fabulous clothing range.
"Go back to your s***ty little jealousy filled lives. What she eats don’t make you fat!"
