Danny Dyer opened up about his relationship with wife Joanne Mas, joking she feeds him up "so no one else will want me".
Chatting with daughter Dani Dyer on their podcast, Sorted With The Dyers, Danny joked that he knew why his wife was bringing them snacks.
He told Dani: "She don't stop feeding me. She don't and all.
"I know why she's doing it, so that no one else will want me. I'm not silly. I know what it is, yeah."
Danny and Joanne are childhood sweethearts and have been together for 29 years since they were 14, but Danny insists they couldn't be more different.
The 43-year-old told Dani: "Me and your mother have absolutely nothing in common. But it does work because there's no grey areas.
"Me and your mother really are chalk and cheese. It raises debate because we don't really agree on much so every conversation ends in a row."
But while he said they often fight, Danny said that's what kept things "interesting".
The EastEnders star said: "It's always interesting and it always keeps it lively.
"I find her fascinating that she's into the s*** she's into and I'm into the s*** I'm into."
They briefly broke up for a spell, with Danny even telling Dani he went skiing with another woman during that time.
But Dani said her parents different personalities were the very reason they worked so well together.
The new mum told her dad: "I think like you, you've had your party days.
"I think if mummy was exactly the same as you it never would have worked. It was nice that mummy was indoors and sort of reined you in a little bit."
Danny and Joanne have three children together, with Dani joined by younger sister Sunnie and younger brother Artie.
