Danny Dyer invites Eamonn Holmes for couples' hot yoga - and Ruth wants to watch

Danny Dyer invited Eamonn Holmes for couples' hot yoga on today's This Morning.

The EastEnders star revealed he like to relax with a bit of yoga after his long, stressful days filming.

Speaking live from Albert Square, Danny said: "Yeah I do like to dabble in a bit of yoga now and again, Ruth. I think it's important. I need something to sort my brain out. I have a bit of a nutty brain.

"Me and my wife go to do a nice bit of hot yoga. Good way of us bonding. I’ve discovered it late in life. I think it really does help me. Its a real test of your soul. To try and sit through 90 mins of hot yoga."

The actor then invited Eamonn to join him for a steamy session - and told the This Morning host to get some trunks and join him.

Danny said: "I’m telling you Eamonn, you want to get an nice pair of trucks and come join me . Couples' yoga. Couple of geezers. Couple of straight men getting involved. Bit of yoga."

Eamonn admitted stretching is important at his age but claimed his wife would not sit with him - but Ruth said she would like to watch her hubby doing hot yoga.

Danny confessed: "That might be a bit weird, Ruth. You want to sit there watching him do it? Do you. Well. Love that."

Earlier in the chat, Danny explained that filming for this week's explosive episodes took six weeks rather than the usual 10 days.

Revealing that the water scenes took place in a tank in Southend, he said: "The tank was alright, it was nice and warm. Bathwater. They’re squirting pea juice in it to make it look like the Thames.

"10 hour days in the water. I came out looking like Dot Cotton."

Danny also joked that Mick Carter will die after being left in a perilous position at the end of Monday night's explosive episode.

When asked who was going to meet a grisly end, Danny said: "No, it's me. I'll just declare it now.

"I was gutted. They called me upstairs. But I go out strong and I’m happy about it."

Revealing he was just teasing, he swiftly added: "You know I can't declare it but it's a real shock who goes, I’m telling you."

At the end of the interview, Danny reminded Eamonn that he won't be going back to rehearse as he is "dead" on the show.

Eamonn predicted that he could "be back as a ghost" - but viewers are now convinced that Mick does not die.
