Danniella Westbrook thanks Jeremy Kyle for sending her to rehab as she says she is 'fixed from the inside out'

Danniella Westbrook has publicly thanked TV presenter Jeremy Kyle for sending her to rehab as she claims she is now 'fixed from the inside out'.

The former EastEnders star appeared on his ITV programme, The Jeremy Kyle Show, back in February where she spoke to her old friend about her drug use.

Daniella admitted that she would still be taking "11 bags" of cocaine a day if she could afford it - despite years of being clean.

After further discussion about her situation, Jeremy sent her back to rehab with the help of the shows resident therapist Graham Stanier.

Jeremy said: "Right I’m doing something I never thought I’d do... I didn't think I'd do this I’m cutting through all of the BS. I tell you what, there is something I want to do for this girl.

This is completely unplanned…. I want to send you to rehab right now. I want to send you to rehab."

To which Danniella responded: "I’d love to go. I’d love to go… I won’t do a runner.. I promise, one hundred percent."

The 45-year-old has now completed her treatment in rehab after spending three months being supported by the Perry Clayman Project.

Danniella shared on Twitter: "Just wanna day thanks @ITVJeremyKyle and the Perry Clayman Project for the love support and patience.

"I'm fixed from the inside out on the way home to Pcp missed my Pcp peers and my home groups the last 2 days #recovery #pcp #TheWestbrook #Clean."

Danniella's relationship with the tough-talking host began back in 2012 when she appeared on the programme to talk about her drug use.
