Danniella Westbrook proudly showed off what she called her "evening face" after getting some cosmetic work done.
The former EastEnders star, 47, took to her Instagram account on Thursday night to film a video of herself talking about a huge makeover she's got planned.
She recently admitted to getting Botox and fillers, but it seems her transformation is far from complete.
In the video, which was shared on her Stories, Danniella had written the caption "Westie's evening face" and was seen lying on her bed with a filter on.
She told her followers: "Absolutely shattered today, I didn't manage to get my haircut as you can see.
"I'm going to go tomorrow to get a bob to there [gesturing to her shoulder].
"A Great Gatsby-style bob and really go short. I'm really looking forward to it.
"I'm growing all my colour out and I'm going to go grey, I think.
"I've been inspired by a few of my friends that are already grey. I thought I'd give it a go — I'll probably be a different colour by Christmas."
Danniella has undergone a makeover in recent months.
In May she completed the first stage of surgery to rebuild her face as she was forced to have her jaw rebuilt when the bone began to wear away amid her osteoporosis diagnosis from excessive cocaine use.
She said on Instagram at the time: "Stage one of the four-part journey of reconstructive surgery to rebuild my face and finally stop all the hate."
Danniella then got Botox and lip fillers.
She told her followers: "I can't lie 24/48hours after my Russian lips and fillers and Botox I was so swollen I thought I was going to burst.
"The poor team @knightsbridgeaesthetics8 must of been sick of me asking is this normal!!
"Now five days on I'm so happy with the results.. Thanks guys you are amazing at what you do... #amazing #happy #selflove #youdoyou."
Danniella shot to fame when she starred as EastEnders character Sam Mitchell, the daughter of Peggy and sister to Phil and Grant.
She had several stints on the BBC One soap from 1990 until 2016.
In a 2018 interview, Danniella told how her cheekbone was "wasting away" and how she has "screws" in her mouth instead of teeth.
Danniella said she he didn't "like herself" anymore due to the way she looked.
"I just don't look like myself any more," she confessed. "Obviously I'm going to age a lot faster anyway because of the drugs but I didn’t need this as well."
