Danniella had previously hinted at the move on her Twitter account, where she has more than 200,000 followers.

She mentioned a renovation suggesting that she had had work done on her new home before moving in.

On Saturday morning, when snow started to fall across the UK, the 48-year-old posted: "Woke up to a winter wonderland. Perfect day to chill, watch Christmas movies, bake bread and cookies, start online Christmas shopping and enjoy a cosy day.

"The reality is, I have to do a food shop, unpack storage boxes, load a skip with the junk from the renovation: enjoy the weekend x"

Some fans were intrigued as to where the star had moved to, while others just wished her well.

One follower said: "Where you living Dan to have snow? Xxx hope you're well xx"

Steve said: "Hope you're keeping well. It’s bitter today brr."

Simon said: "Have a wonderful weekend Danni stay safe and warm xxx"

Danniella's fans were recently worried about her as she posted a concerning image on her Instagram, showing that she was back in hospital waiting to go to theatre.

She later went on to explain that she had needed surgery for a severe sinus infection.

The Eastenders soap star thanked the staff of the Liverpool hospitals where she was treated, and praised them as she said they have: "The best staff surgical team and cleanest hospital ever."
