Danniella Westbrook says she’ll DIE if she takes another line of cocaine

Danniella Westbrook is now five months clean from cocaine, but she's revealed that if she ever relapsed there could be a serious risk to her life.

The ex EastEnders actress, 45, said she could die if she took another line of the drug.

And mum-of-two Danniella, who has struggled with addiction since she was a teenager, has now admitted that there's a good chance she will be tempted again.

She told The Sun Online : "I've got another relapse in me, but I don’t have another recovery.

"It’s do or die for me. I know I’m one relapse away from dying."

Daniella previously admitted to first taking drugs at the age of 14.

Then after joining the cast of EastEnders in 1990, she fell into the grips of a cocaine addiction and was written out of the soap as her problems spiralled.

At the height of her troubles, Danniella's nasal septum eroded and she took five grams of cocaine a day - even when pregnant with her son Kai, now 22.

She continued: "Cocaine ruined my life. It hurt my health and stripped me of my personality and my self-respect and self-worth.

“When I was in the throes of addiction, nothing could stop me. I would have passed a lie detector test to say I won’t take drugs today, but then in the same breath be on the phone to a dealer."

Danniella was sent to rehab by her friend Jeremy Kyle, during an appearance on his now-axed ITV show.

She appeared on The Jeremy Kyle Show and admitted she'd still be doing 11 bags of cocaine a day if she could afford it.

Speaking to Victoria Derbyshire, she said: "I think personally for me the only thing that's going to stop me is keeping to the programme, helping others, helping the newcomer and getting involved with the treatment centre.

"I'm hoping this September to start my therapist course so I can become a therapist."
