Danniella Westbrook hasn't let her five months of sobriety stop her from a night on the tiles as she let her hair down in Manchester's Gay Village.
Looking in a much more healthy state since leaving rehab, the 45-year-old actress enjoyed herself with her pals - including Big Brother's Mark Byron and Corrie's Rob Mallard's ex Ben Perryman.
"I won't recover next time. If I relapse that's it," she said recently of her fight with drug addiction.
Westbrook has been back and forth to rehab clinics many time and has battled a drug addiction since she was a child actress at 14, playing Sam Mitchell in Eastenders.
She sadly relapsed in 2014 after 12 years clean and it has been a tough climb ever since.
This time though, she seems to be in a better place and has successfully achieved five months of clean living since leaving rehab this year.
"I have another relapse in me, but I don't have another recovery," she admitted after leaving rehab.
"It's do or die for me. I know I'm one relapse away from dying."
She shockingly told Jeremy Kyle that was taking cocaine while she was pregnant with her son Kai, and spent £250,000 on the habit, snorting 5g of coke a day.
"I could have killed him yeah, and my daughter when I was pregnant with her," she confessed.
Westbrook abused the drug to such an extent that her septum fell out, leading to the shocking infamous photo of the star which was splashed across the papers at the time.
The photo has since gone on to be a visible warning to anyone who does the drug and the effects it can cause.
Since then, Danniella has had a string of botchedp surgery, which led her to relapse again to deal with the resulting depression.
"I had three operations in seven weeks," she once said.
"I am an addict and the wheels fell off."
Her latest stint in rehab came after her friend Jeremy Kyle forced her to face up to her demons.
"If Jeremy hadn't reached out to me I would be dead," she stated.
Her rehab stint and recovery was due to be shown in a special celebrity episode of The Jeremy Kyle Show before its cancellation over the suicide of one of its guests.
Danniella is now training to be a therapist so she can help other addicts.
