Danlec Electrical Solutions agrees deal for new base

An electrical company has taken new space at a business park in the East Midlands.

Danlec Electrical Solutions has agreed a deal for a 1,770 sq ft unit at the Shireoaks Networkcentre in Worksop.

Established in 2010 by Dan Lambert, Danlec has grown to six teams of qualified electricians and electrical apprentices and its rapid expansion has prompted it to take on the additional space at Shireoaks.

Mr Lambert said: "Our existing premises in Worksop were too small, particularly as we had recently recruited additional team members.

"Shireoaks Networkcentre is well located for our staff and customer base and also has two electrical wholesalers on the site."

Shireoaks Networkcentre is managed by property agency NSM which also secured the letting.

Property and asset manager Rebecca McDonaldat added: "I'm pleased to welcome Danlec Electrical Solutions to the Shireoaks business community and it is great to see companies on the site working together.

"We have seen strong demand as the workspace offers flexible, secure space and great access to the M1."
