Danielle Lloyd has admitted that she was gutted when Stacey Solomon revealed the name of her newborn daughter, Rose.
The former glamour model, who is currently pregnant with her fourth child and first baby girl, has explained that Rose had been top of her list of names she wanted to use.
Earlier this month, Stacey and her partner Joe Swash welcomed their second child together - a baby girl on Stacey's 32nd birthday.
Stacey and Joe were initially undecided on what to name their first daughter and after vetoing the title Autumn due to the unfortunate initials the given name would have provided her child with, they decided to name her Rose Opal Esme Solomon-Swash.
Mum-of-four Danielle, who is also due to give birth to her first daughter, has revealed that she and her husband Michael O'Neill had been considering using the name Rose too.
"We’ve also been thinking more about what we would like to call our little girl when she finally arrives," the star explained to OK!
"Sadly, Stacey Solomon chose Rose, which was one of our favourites!
"We're gutted, haha!"
Stacey, who gave birth at her Essex home, revealed online the sweet meaning behind her new-born baby's name earlier this month.
"Rose Opal, Esme Solomon-Swash. Our beautiful flower – Our precious jewel – who is ever loved. It’s been the most magical week. We love you to the moon and back our little Rose," the former X Factor singer gushed on Instagram last week.
"We feel so so lucky to have you here… Thank you all for your loveliness, your kindness and just being there at 3am for a chat it’s been the best. Love you all."
Although Rose is no longer a first name option, Danielle has admitted that the sweet floral name will be featured in her unborn daughter's full title.
Speaking to the same publication, the Liverpool-born star revealed that the name was "meaningful" and will still appear "somewhere" in her daughter's full name.
The former WAG has been desperate to give birth to a daughter for many years and was delighted to find out she was expecting a girl earlier this year.
The Celebrity Big Brother star is already mum to four sons; Archie, 10, Harry, nine, and George, seven, with her ex-husband, footballer Jamie O'Hara, and Ronnie, three, with current husband Michael.
Despite longing for a girl for years, Danielle admitted back in August that she hadn't decided on any names for her fourth child.
"The one thing that really isn’t ready is her name - we can’t agree on one," the former Miss Great Britain told Closer magazine.
"We’re just hoping that, when we meet her, a name that suits her will come to us. I can’t wait, the countdown is on."
It appears as her due date edges closer, Danielle is a little closer to knowing what her first daughter will be called.
"We have a much shorter list now, but we just can’t decide," she explained to OK! in her most recent interview.
Danielle's due date is believed to be in November.
