Danielle Lloyd has revealed her two-stone weight loss after her cancer battle and shared the fitness method that “changed her mind and body”.
The model, 41, was diagnosed with the skin cancer, melanoma, in February after noticing a suspicious mole on her collarbone and was worried she “was going to die”.
The former Miss England, who was previously married to ex-footballer Jamie O’Hara, had the mole removed and was given the all-clear from cancer in April.
She has credited Pilates with helping her feel “strong” and “body-confident” and, on Sunday, shared before and after photos in her underwear of her weight loss on Instagram.
“Following my recent skin cancer diagnosis, I’ve been committed to improving my overall well-being,” the mother-of-five penned.
The presenter talked about the “stress and uncertainty of dealing with a skin cancer diagnosis” and said she now has a “more positive outlook”.
Lloyd revealed in April that she has been doing private hour-long sessions with a Pilates instructor for several months.
Sharing a video of herself working out on Instagram, she wrote: “I’m absolutely loving Pilates. Been doing private sessions since end of last year and it’s changed my body and mindset.”
Referring to her young daughter Autumn’s cameo in the clip, Lloyd added: “Usually get an hour’s peace, although I did take Autumn to this session and of course she wanted to get involved.”
Sharing a selfie in the Pilates studio earlier this month, she added, “Feeling so body confident. 23lb down,” and captioned another snap: “Feeling strong. Obsessed with Pilates changed my body & mind.”
Last week, Lloyd opened up about her skin cancer diagnosis in an emotional interview.
“Being a mum, I was trying to put a brave face on for everyone, but inside I’ve been crumbling. I was worried every single day that I was going to die,” she told The Sun.
“I just burst into tears. I wasn’t expecting it. When I heard the word ‘cancer’, I just thought, ‘That’s it, I’m going to die.’”

The former beauty queen shares Archie, 14, Harry, 13, and George, 11, with ex-husband O'Hara and is mother to Ronnie, seven, and Autumn Rose, three, with husband Michael O'Neill.
She said she told her older children who were old enough to understand about the diagnosis but refrained from informing her younger kids.
Symptoms of melanoma include a new mole or changes to the size, texture, or colour of an existing mole.
