Danielle Lloyd has opened up about her depression battle and admitted she hasn't "been feeling myself" for the past few months.
On Saturday night model and former Miss Liverpool Danielle shared a photo of a bunch of flowers she had received to Instagram.
The bright bouquet looked beautiful, but Danielle used the caption to write a candid message about her mental health struggles.
The 36-year-old said: "Sometimes in life we don’t know why we feel sad or feel like we can’t be ourselves.
"I can’t explain how or why I’ve been feeling the way I have the last few months but I certainly haven’t been myself.
"Just remember everything can look so right from the outside but be so wrong on the inside.
"Thank you to my lovely friends and family who continue to support me through my bad times and let’s look forward to the good times #depressionawareness #anxiety #hormonehealth #endometriosis."
And her followers rushed to offer their support under the mum-of-four's post.
Kerrybobs25 said: "Such a realistic reflection on something that is felt by a lot of us. No rhyme or reason for the triggers sometimes - but we know the good times are there. I wish you well."
rb80x said: "I have finally just been diagnosed with this. 13 years later, one op and five procedures later feel like nobody understands and the pain is indescribable. It affects every aspect of mental health, emotional and physical well-being and relationships at times and how we see our bodies. It is not made aware of as much as it should. Stay strong we are fighters."
daniellahscheibel said: "I don’t normally comment on things but yours made me feel sad, because as you say on the outside on your pictures in magazines and your own picture everything seems perfect... just keep talking that might help and I’m sure you have a great family and friends around you that love you so much."
Earlier this year Danielle said she has received messages from people issuing their congratulations after believing they had spotted a pregnancy bump.
The former glamour model took to her Instagram stories to clear up the rumours while sharing her pain over a long-term condition.
In an emotive post, she wrote: "So guys I've been getting loads of messages regarding 'my bump'. So firstly am not pregnant I've suffered endometriosis most of my life and while lucky I have four beautiful children, I've been told I will now need a operation for this again!
"So the bump is swelling and excruciating pain."
Danielle continued to reveal her chances of getting pregnant again are "slim".

She said: "The [likelihood] of getting pregnant for me is slim and with Covid I don't know when the op will be so thanks for all the congratulations but it's simply not true".
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb starts to grow in other places, such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes.
It can affect women of any age and is a long-term condition which can have a significant impact on a sufferer's life.
Symptoms of endometriosis vary, with some women badly affected and others who may not experience any noticeable symptoms.
Some symptoms include pain in your lower stomach or back, feeling sick and difficulty getting pregnant.
