Danielle donned a pair of grey leggings and white trainers as she kept casual for the low-key outing near her home in Birmingham.
The mum-of-four wore her hair up in a messy bun and went makeup free.
Opting not to get a carrier bag, Danielle held her shopping in her hands as she left the supermarket.
She'd picked up some toiletries, chocolate and cans of energy drink.
Danielle clearly didn't want to hang around and was in and out of the shop quickly.
Danielle is mum to Archie, nine, Harry, eight, Georgie, six and Ronnie, two.
She shares her edlest three boys with footballer ex-husband Jamie O’Hara, who she divorced in 2014.
Jamie and Danielle split after he cheated on her multiple times.
Ronnie is her only son with her husband Michael O'Neill, who she married in 2019.
The pair met in 2015 and got engaged on Valentine's Day 2016 after just six months of dating.
They welcomed baby Ronnie in September 2017.
