Danielle Armstrong has been trying to bring on labour as she feels like she's "been pregnant forever".
The former TOWIE star, 32, took to Instagram on Wednesday to say she'd been going for walks and had a hot curry, both old wives' tales about how to induce labour.
She is currently expecting her first child, a baby girl, with her fiancé Tom Edney and has now reached the 40 week mark.
Danielle shared a picture of herself cradling her baby bump as she posed in a black tracksuit and trainers in a park.
The reality TV regular captioned the post: "Apparently a good walk can help bring on labour so today we went to our local park and had a good hour walk.
"I've just had a hot chilli chicken curry for dinner and I've been bouncing on my ball - any more suggestions?"
"I know babies come when they are ready but I'm so ready to meet her now I feel like I've been pregnant forever."
She added the hashtags #40weeks #pregnant #comeonbabygirl.
After her followers shared their advice Danielle said she would trying a few.
She added: "Thanks for all of your tips and comments.
"I've ate a whole pineapple tonight, drank another cup of raspberry leaf tea and if all fails I'll be jumping on Tommy boy tomorrow."
Danielle and Tom have been friends for 22 years and first went public with their relationship in September.
The pair announced they were expecting just two months later.
He then proposed to Danielle during a trip to Dubai at the beginning of March.
