Daniel Sturridge reunited with stolen dog after emotional Instagram appeal

Footballer Daniel Sturridge has been reunited with his beloved pet Pomeranian just hours after he put out an emotional appeal for its return.

The ex-Manchester City star offered a reward of £30,000 for the return of the pedigree pooch following a burglary at his home late on Monday night.

Sturridge uploaded videos to his Instagram account in the hours following Lucky Lucci's kidnap asking for his pet's return and sharing his address, CCTV footage of the suspected thieves entering his home and pictures of the dog, said to be worth up to £4,000.

But now the striker, who recently left Liverpool FC, is celebrating the return of the black and white pup according to reports.

Following the burglary, Sturridge said he was planning a house move:"Somebody has broken into the house in LA and took my dog from the house. Listen whoever knows who broke into my crib, I'll pay you anything.

"I'm dead serious. I wanna know who took my s***. I wanna know what's went on. I wanna know why they've took my dog!"

In the emotional clip, he pleaded with the kidnappers to come back "if they wanted to make money".

Sturridge said: “£20,000 straight up. Twenty gs, thirty gs, whatever.
