Daniel Levy's decision, Nuno Espirito Santo's Tottenham future and Fabio Paratici's choice

The mood is low at Tottenham Hotspur after three straight derby defeats in the Premier League culminating in a woeful performance at Arsenal.

Spurs head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has gone from being named manager of the month after three consecutive victories, including beating champions Manchester City, to conceding three goals apiece in each of the team's derby defeats to Crystal Palace, Chelsea and now the Gunners.

Some Tottenham fans are already calling for the Portuguese's head after just six Premier League games in charge, with the club also in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup and the group stages of the Europa Conference League.

It's the style of football that is not catching the eye in a good way, with struggles at both ends of the pitch this month.

Espirito Santo was the choice of Fabio Paratici, Tottenham's managing director of football, after he arrived at the club this summer and he was appointed by chairman Daniel Levy after a five-year pursuit of the Italian.
