Daniel Levy makes £160m Harry Kane decision as Spanish international rejects Tottenham transfer

Kane set for Tottenham stay

Harry Kane’s immediate future appears to have taken a step towards becoming clearer with it being claimed that he is set to stay with Spurs for this summer at least.

The Times have claimed that he is looking increasingly likely to remain in north London beyond the transfer window despite being linked with a move to Manchester City.

It is also suggested that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will reject bids even if they reach the reported asking price of £160m.

Pau Torres rejects Spurs

Another man who does not look set to depart his current employers for the time being is Spanish defender Pau Torres.

Spanish outlet AS suggest that Spurs are interested in the current Villarreal centre-back and are willing to increase their proposal for his signature.

Nevertheless, it is also stated that he is happy in his homeland and could reject a move to north London. The 24-year-old has three years remaining on his current deal and was linked with Manchester United before the Red Devils secured Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.

Bournemouth set to beat Celtic to Carter-Vickers

Staying with central defenders and American international Cameron Carter-Vickers appears highly likely to leave the club this summer.

He has been linked with a number of clubs throughout the transfer window with just one year remaining on his current contract.

As per the Daily Record, Championship outfit Bournemouth are leading the race ahead of Scottish giants Celtic.
