Daniel Dubois makes Tyson Fury vow as heavyweight bids to continue KO run

Daniel Dubois licked his lips as he watched Tyson Fury struggle against Otto Wallin - then warned the rest of the heavyweight division is he coming for them.

Fury was badly cut in the third round against unknown Wallin last weekend but survived to hear the final bell and earn a points win.

Dubois, who is almost 10 years Fury's junior, is rapidly accumulating both belts and knockouts and takes on Ebenezer Tetteh for the Commonwealth title next Friday.

But the Londoner, who has knocked out 11 of his 12 opponents, already has Fury in his sights.

He said: "I was really impressed with how Tyson boxed nine rounds with those cuts but, people forget, you don't get to where he is without having the heart and grit to to go with the talent.

"It was a tough and gruelling fight but he came through.

"I would not only focus on his right eye, I would focus on every weakness I could see and tear him apart.

"It did prove that he has weaknesses, there are always chinks in everyone's armour

"I don't feel that far away and until them I am just collecting all of these belts."

Former world champion Frank Bruno also praised Fury for coming through the fight.

"It was very worrying but Tyson is a very tricky and very experienced fighter," he said.

"Any situation or experience he finds himself in, he is able to get himself out, he is a natural survivor.

"Nobody needs a gash like that over the eye but that it is boxing, this isn't chess or squash, we go in there to throw heavy hands and unfortunately for him he got cut.

"He'll need two months out but, on the positive side, he got 12 rounds under his belt and he was victorious."
