Daniel Craig undergoes gruelling 12-hour workouts to stay in shape to play James Bond .
Despite turning 52 last week, Daniel looks incredible and he's been open about just how vigorous his exercise and diet regime has been during the 14 years he's been playing 007.
Daniel underwent 12-hour daily gym sessions in the lead up to filming for No Time To Die as well as sticking to a strict diet.
The role is physically demanding so it's no surprise the hunk is keen to keep in shape, though 12-hours a day sounds a bit intense to us.

"Being Bond requires a lot of energy and he is determined to make sure he is ready for it," a source previously told the Mail Online .
The source added: "It’s an action movie and he wants to give it his absolute best. Everyone is anticipating him looking amazing when he finally puts on that tux for the last time."
For previous films Daniel spent mornings doing cardio - like jogging or cycling - before going an hour of weights.

The actor, who is returning for his fifth outing as 007, has admitted struggling with the physicality required for preparing for the role .
Daniel said that the "physicality" of Bond is "a preparation, in a way", because he would not get the script beforehand.
He also admitted working on 2015's Spectre left him battling anxiety.

He told GQ magazine: "I was never going to do one again.
"I was like, 'Is this work really genuinely worth this, to go through this, this whole thing?' And I didn't feel... I felt physically really low.
"So the prospect of doing another movie was just, like, off the cards.
"And that's why it has been five years."
