Dani Dyer voices FEARS for Jack Fincham relationship

Dani Dyer has revealed she feared her relationship with Love Island beau Jack Fincham “wouldn’t last”.

The couple were plagued with split speculation after they briefly parted ways in December, with Dyer announcing the news in an Instagram statement.

She deleted the post shortly after and told fans that she and her boyfriend were still “in love” and battling the pressures of being a couple in the public eye.

Addressing her decision to post news of a split, Dyer admitted it was a “silly thing” to post impulsively.

She told Capital Breakfast: “You know what, it was tough. I think I definitely made the whole mistake of the whole Instagram thing. You know, like, as a girl you think ‘I’m just going to do it’, you think it’s done but it wasn’t.

“And with me and Jack, we’re trying to build on things and grow as a couple and learn about each other, and when you’ve got everyone sort of on you and taking pictures of you, you make bad decisions and you think ‘well maybe we can’t do it.’”

Dyer also told how the couple are “a lot stronger” now after enjoying spending their first Christmas together.

“We’ve come out the other side and we was like ‘let’s just spend Christmas together’ and I feel like we’re getting a lot stronger now so it’s better for us,” she said.

“[Christmas] was lovely. You know how you get them all different bits, I was like putting little sweets on each little present. I got him lots of nice little tops and stuff.”

The pair are in the midst of their return to screens as part of spin-off reality show Jack & Dani: Life After Love Island.

The three-part special aired last night, giving fans an insight into the ups and downs of their relationship, including buying a puppy and moving in together.

Jack & Dani continues on ITVBE at 9pm tonight
