Dani Dyer says her and Jack are 'somehow surviving' but she's happiest alone

Dani Dyer has opened up about the true state of her relationship with Love Island beau Jack Fincham after it was reported they'd decided not to live apart.

Revealing the honeymoon is period is most definitely over, Dani said her and Jack are still partial to explosive rows but are 'somehow surviving.'

The couple caused a stir recently when they opted to move out of their shared love nest in the City and into homes of their own.

But far from being heartbroken over the split, Dani has revealed she's happier than ever.

"Mine and Jack's old flat became a work home, we filmed a lot there, it was very cramped, there was stuff everywhere, it never became our home. And I think we rushed into it. And that's probably what put a strain on us," Dani explained in an interview with Heat magazine.

The reality star admitted her and Jack drove each other crazy and their new living arrangement - her renting a house in Essex and him in South London - suits them much better.

"I'm so much happier now," said Dani, as she gushed about her spacious new property.

Dani and jack opted to move in together just weeks after the tremendous high of winning Love Island and felt taken aback by how much they bickered when living in close quaters.

After being 'completely obsessed and in love with each other during the show,' Dani said reality hit hard when they returned began arguing over mundane things.

"Jack ain't going to be a towel person, he ain't going to wash up and he ain't going to make a bed. So what's the point of getting upset about it, because he ain't gong to change," said Dani, explaining how she's learned to adjust to her man's ways.

As well as climbing Kilimanjaro for charity and launching her own clothing range, Dani has also kept busy penning an autobiography - in which her relationship with Jack naturally features.

And she admits she hasn't sugar-coated how things are between them.

"When you're in a relationship with someone it can change week by week [...]On Valentine's Day when I got so many balloons from him... I was like 'Oh my God, I want to do a whole chapter on him!" But then there are other times when I want to moan about him [...] Somehow we're surviving!" she added.

After meeting on ITV2 dating show Love Island last summer, Dani and Jack coupled up on the very first day and ended up being crowned overall winners after becoming firm fan friends.

The bubble burst in December 2018 with Dani announcing their split , with it later being reported their constant rows had become unbearable.

But the couple opted to reconcile and are now the only pairing from last year's cast to remain together.
