New parent Dani Dyer has reached out to her fellow mums to urge them not to keep comparing themselves to others.
The 24-year-old, who welcomed first child Santiago with her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence two weeks ago, took to Instagram to tell fans that constantly making comparisons was "ruining her time" with the tot.
Kissing Santiago - who she named for her Spanish heritage on her mum's side - on the head, Dani explained: "I just want to add there really is no right or wrong way on how you want to feed your baby.
"I think for me especially when I first had Santi all I was doing was comparing myself to other women, 'oh she's doing this, she's doing that.'
"And you know what?
"It was ruining my time with him. So really if you want to formula feed do that. If you want to breastfed do that, if you want to express do that.
"As long as your baby is happy, you're happy - then that's all that matters, especially now with social media all we do is compare."
Dani added: "Mine wasn't comparing bodies or anything - mine was… I've become obsessed with how to feed my baby.
"So yeah, do what you want to do, there's no right way and as long as you're happy then so is your baby."
Santiago doesn't just have famous parents - his grandparents are in the limelight too.
EastEnders' Danny Dyer and his wife Joanne Mas became a granddad and grandma with his birth, the former joking that it was the second best thing to happen that week after his beloved West Ham beat Crystal Palace.
The Monday after Dani broke the news, her dad shared a snap of her cradling her new boy.
"So my baby had a baby," the proud granddad wrote.
"F**k me we needed some joy this year.
"So proud of you @danidyerxx cannot wait to meet the little beaut."
