Dani Ceballos' one-word response to reports of Arsenal fight ahead of trip to Leeds United

Dani Ceballos has shot down reports that he was involved in a training ground bust-up with Arsenal teammate David Luiz.

Arsenal travel to Leeds United this weekend on the back of a tumultuous international break that has already seen players sleeping on airport floors, positive covid tests and unexplained trips to Dubai.

It has now been reported by the Athletic that things got heated in training last Friday, with Luiz clashing with Ceballos.

Whilst the situation was said to have been resolved quickly, with the group continuing as normal, Ceballos has taken to social media to deny the reports.

He replied "FAKE" in response to David Ornstein's tweet over the story.

The Whites will be looking to get back to winning ways after back-to-back 4-1 defeats prior to the international break, and may stand their best chance with their opponents' preparation for the game seemingly chaotic.

Arsenal themselves have been in mixed form recently, going into the international break with a defeat to Aston Villa after previously recording a morale-boosting victory over rivals Manchester United.

Ceballos has been involved in a heated exchange with one teammate already this season, with BT Sport cameras picking up a clash between him and former Leeds loanee Eddie Nketiah.

The row happened in the pre-match warm-up ahead of their opening-day victory over Fulham, which was their biggest win of the season so far.

Nketiah flew into Ceballos during a passing routine, with the Spaniard subsequently pushing his teammate in the chest, causing the duo to square up with each other before their fellow substitutes intervened.

It was a matter that was resolved quickly - yet Leeds will no doubt be taking note of the potential friction in the Arsenal camp ahead of this weekend's encounter.
