Dani Alves wants to complete Arsenal transfer 'on one condition'

Dani Alves is willing to take a pay cut to join Arsenal this summer.

The Brazilian, 36, has emerged as a target for Gunners boss Unai Emery after his PSG contract expired at the end of last season.

Manchester City , Inter Milan and Tottenham , who are set to sell Kieran Trippier to Atletico Madrid, are also believed to be interested.

But the Sun reports Alves is keen on a reunion with Unai Emery, having worked with the Arsenal boss at PSG.

And a move to the Emirates 'appeals most' to Alves at the moment as he continues the next step of a prestigious career.

Alves is currently on holiday after leading Brazil to the Copa America but is said to be keen on a move to the Premier League.

The former Barcelona star had earned around £230,000-a-week at PSG and is willing to take a pay cut to secure the move.

But it is claimed he will demand a deal worth £200,000-a-week to move to the Emirates, with Arsenal publicly short of funds this summer.

Meanwhile, Celtic boss Neil Lennon has warned the Scottish champions will not be bullied into selling Kieran Tierney this summer.

Arsenal have had two bids rejected for the Scotland defender, the second worth £25m.

But Lennon said: "£50m for Wan-Bissaka is a lot of money and we feel that Kieran is a far more experienced and rounded full-back at this juncture in his career.

"He's an asset for us and we do have a value for the player and we rate the player very highly.

"The club's valuation of Kieran has not been met and until then we don't have a discussion."
