There was concern for pregnant judge Alesha Dixon on Britain's Got Talent as she was left squirming in her seat watching a dangerous knife-throwing act.
The third live semi-final of ITV's talent competition saw Belarusian Andrei Gomonov throwing knives at his assistant and left Amanda Holden fearing that Alesha will go into labour.
During the audition stage, it was 59-year-old show supremo Simon Cowell, that was invited on stage to face up to the knife thrower but this time it was Andrei partner that risked her life.
Gomonov was blindfolded for his first efforts before his partner was placed in a burning ring of fire for the second part of the act.

The drama was ramped up when his first knife bounced off the board as he didn't find a clear space as she span around.
When she was then placed against a board with a pendulum in front of her, which Gomonov had to hit otherwise he would injure his partner, this was almost too much for Alesha to bear.

There were paramedics on the side of the stage for the act, in case it went horribly wrong, with the act proving to be a health and safety nightmare during rehearsals.
After it was over, Amanda said "she thought Alesha would go into early labour" as the judges gave their appraisal.

Fortunately for Alesha, the public voted them off the show, so won't have to go through it all again in the final on Sunday.
