Dancing With The Stars' finalist Cliona Hagan tells how she shed weight on RTE show

Dancing with the Stars’ finalist Cliona Hagan told how she shed a stone on the hit show after gruelling rehearsals "kicked my ass into shape".

“I try to go running every day and I’ve cut out the crisps and the chocolate and I feel much better, please God I can keep the weight off,” she told the Irish Mirror.

“Because the dancing kicked my ass to get into shape, I lost about a stone but I want to keep fit now.”

The 30-year-old danced her way into the hearts of the nation after getting to the final of the RTE dance contest last March.
