Obviously all of us are really sympathetic to what’s happened, it’s terrible that this has happened so close to the live shows.
Any injury is awful and we have all worked so hard, so it’s really awful that this has happened.
I have always been petrified on the ice and of getting an injury or falling, and I have fallen over most of my sessions. I have learnt to go with the fall, you have to accept it\s part and parcel of what you do.
None of us want to get injured but I am trying not to stress about it, because when I first started on the ice I was so nervous that my whole body would tense and I would keep falling over. So I am trying to stay relaxed and not think about injuries. You can never predict what is going to happen on ice but i have got to hope we will make it through the competition and not be taken out by injury.
It is scary and I really feel for Graham and Yebin, it’s really sad that it’s happened to close to the competition.
less bruised and injured now when she falls because she isn't so tense.
would be a public outcry if strictly announced they would do a week where all the dancers had knives tied to their feet.
Becky - I've had so many falls, I injured Andy and that was the most horrific experience. I actually thought he was messing around to begin with, because he does like to rib he a bit.
We were doing a move, and the last thing he said to me was, 'Don't kick me in the face'.
I thought, 'Why would you say that? You're going to jinx us!' So we did what were doing and he nearly dropped me, and I thought, 'Oh sh*t.'
I looked at him and he was holding his face, and I said, 'Stop messing about', and I laughed.
Then he removed his hand from his face, there was blood everywhere, five kids and I can't deal with blood, I nearly passed out.
I felt horrific, and all he was worried about was the show and tell the next day. I was like, 'Why are you worried about skating, I am worried about your face!'
It just proves that what we are doing is really dangerous.
If you start thinking about falling, you're gonna deck it.
I had more bruises in the beginning, that was because I stood on my own blade and landed on my arse.
Denise - Because of all the restrictions at the moment, I haven't had a spray tan, I am looking forward to it! We haven't even tried our costumes on yet for Sunday's live show. None of us know what we are wearing, it's different this year and we are rehearsing socially distanced.
ITV have gone to great lengths to keep us all safe so everything is more last minute.
Becky: Andy is like my best friend, we have such a good laugh in training and that's what it's all about.
We are so fortunate in a time like this to be able to train and put on the show on Sunday, you appreciate the small things.
We don't argue, we don't call each other names, we are just really good friends and that's important because in a show like this you have to trust what they are asking us to do because sometimes what they are asking is totally bonkers.
He was so sympathetic, he was more worried about than himself and he kept saying, 'It's not your fault, it's not your fault'.
But it was my fault because if I had done it right, it would never have happened., but accidents are bound to happen and it's about how you bounce back.
I was petrified, and the very next day after I injured him we had our show and tell in front of all the coaches, and that was the first time we ran our routine in front of people.
I felt so sick, I didn't even think I would he able to do it, but you have to get straight back out there otherwise fear will overcome everything you achieved so far, and will make everything you have done before worth it.
Denise: We have taken our relationship to the next level and become a throuple, I now live with two guys.
We get a lot of strange looks from my elderly neighbours next door, I always leave with a smile on my face!
He was unable to return to America and was lonely in lockdown living on his own.
Daughter adores him, always doing TikToks together. But if I do manage to go the distance which I think is unlikely, then I would always look back with really fond memories, we have shared some lovely moments together as a family.
Becky: My kids are so excited they are chomping at the bit, I think they are gutted they can't come and watch live.
They haven't been able to come and see many training sessions, and that aspect makes me sad because my family is everything and having them be a part of this journey more would have been amazing.
But they will support from home and everyone will be rooting for us.
Denise said she was much more confident when she did Strictly because of her dancing experience when she was a child. Not as much of a challenge.
Daughter Betsy said even if you fall over or something goes wrong, I will still think you're brilliant - she just can't believe I am actually doing it.
