Dancing on Ice - what time is it on, who is in it and what's the Golden Ticket?

Dancing On Ice skates its way back on to screens tonight.

The show will finally make its long-awaited return, bringing a much needed dose of glitz glamour and fake tan to households up and down the country.

A raft of new celebrities have been signed up to cheer us all out of the post Christmas slump which saw the country plunged into another coronavirus lockdown.

This year's contestants are ready and raring to go, with the famous faces all planning to take last year's champ Joe Swash's crown from him.

Myleene Klass was the first celebrity confirmed to be taking to the rink, with others including Rebekah Vardy, Billie Faiers and Jason Donovan following close behind.

ITV have pulled out all the stops to make the series happens in a Covid-safe way.

Show bosses have touched up the set and introduced certain rules to pull it off without a hitch, viewers are desperate to get to know the star studded cast and whether they can bring it in the rink.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are back as co-hosts, while Christopher Dean, Jayne Torvill, John Barrowman and Ashley banjo return to judging duties - albeit with perspex screens between them.

At the end of next Sunday's show (January 24), the bottom couple from each week will battle it out in a skate-off.

Whoever loses will be the first knocked out of 2021's series.

But in a fresh twist, each of the four judges is now awarded a Golden Ticket - meaning for the first two weeks only, each judge is able to save a couple of their choice from the public's vote.
