Dancing On Ice viewers point out 'trouble' they have with the show following second week

Dancing On Ice was back on screens on Sunday night bringing some much needed entertainment.

However, some viewers have pointed out the 'trouble' they have with the ITV skating competition.

Last night, six more celebrities took to the ice for the first time as the line-up of 12 was split in half for the first two weeks.

The latest show also saw the first skate-off as Lady Leshurr and Myleene Klass faced off against each other in a bid to make it through to Musicals Week.

But some viewers have complained - and it's not about the skating.

It's about the number of ad breaks in the two hour show, hosted by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.

The most used phrase on #DancingOnIce 'Time for a quick break'," complained one.

Sunday's show saw the first skate off take place (ITV)

Another added: "The amount of ad breaks during #DancingOnIce is unreal."

"Reason I don’t like watching Dancing On Ice... The amount of advert breaks! It’s not normal. One performance and @ITV goes to an ad break! WTF @dancingonice #DancingOnIce," a third said.

A fourth had a few observations, adding: "The trouble with #DancingOnIce for me is there are so many advert breaks & I don't feel we get to know the professionals like we do in #Strictly Also I’d like a baddie on the judging panel."

"What is it with itv having 20 million ad breaks #DancingOnIce," another asked.
