A Dancing on Ice skater has revealed what's going on behind the scenes in the wake of all the drama surrounding Caprice and her professional partner Hamish Gaman.
It was announced at the start of Sunday's live show that model and entrepreneur Caprice and pro Hamish had "parted ways" and four days later, neither of them have gone on the record about what happened.
During her show on Monday, Lorraine hinted Caprice had quit Dancing on Ice and then on Tuesday, show sources denied claims that
saying "We’re pleased to say that Caprice is back on the ice today in training and very much working towards returning to the show on Sunday night."
This fuelled rumours that her new partner would be professional skater Oscar Peter and now former Dancing on Ice champion pro turned creative director Dan Whiston has revealed Caprice is "determined" to be back.
Writing in a column for OK Magazine, he said "She’s back and we have spent a bit of time with her, and she seems determined to get as much time on the ice as she possibly can."
"In all 12 series that I've worked on the show we've never been in a situation where a celebrity couple have parted company, so like the rest of the nation, I'm interested to see how things pan out."
And then on the subject of Hamish, Dan added "Hamish has also been back in rehearsals with me for a routine coming up, and he still remains a very important part of the Dancing on Ice professional team."
