Dancing on Ice's new champion Sonny Kay was still in high spirits on Monday morning when he hosted the Capital Breakfast show on just one hour's sleep.
Sonny and professional partner Angela Egan lifted the 2021 trophy after beating runners up Faye & Matt and top scorers with the judges, Colin & Klabera in Sunday's final.
Sonny's Dancing on Ice win divided viewers, with some arguing that Faye was "robbed" while others defended him by saying his victory was thoroughly well deserved.
It sounds like Sonny did some celebrating after credits rolled on the final as he turned up to Capital's London studios - which had the words King of the Ice beamed outside - to join his co-hosts after barely a wink of sleep.
Colleague Sian Welby filmed his entrance at 5.53am on her Instagram story, where he could be seen still wearing his Bolero outfit beneath a grey jacket.
"What's under there Sonny?" she chuckled, as Sonny jokingly performed a bit of Torvill and Dean's iconic routine from the 1984 Winter Olympics.
"Here he is on 1 hour sleep!!!" she then posted on a picture of him.
She then cut to a video of Sonny laughing as he took his seat for the start of the show and captioned it: "Today is going to be a funny show" before bringing him pizza to feed his hangover.
Another photo on Sian's story saw Sonny clutching a glass of prosecco as she wrote: "What a morning! Hair of the dog, Cold day old pizza, last night's clothes...Dancing on Ice trophy."
