Love Island's Liberty Poole is worried about "doing a Gemma Collins" on Dancing On Ice this weekend.
The former Love Islander and her pro partner Joe Johnson will be taking to the ice this weekend as the ITV skating show returns for a second week, competing against the likes of The Vamps star Connor Ball and Alexandra Schauman, rugby player Ben Foden and Robin Johnstone, dancer Regan Gascoigne and Karina Manta and Paralympian Stef Reid and Andy Buchanan.
However, Liberty admits it is a bit "scary" to think she may fall on the ice - as she reflected on Gemma Collins' spectacular fall on the ice whilst she performed to a Celine Dion track last year.
When asked if she's worried about falling like Gemma Collins did, she told The Mirror and other press: "Oh don't say that! I feel like Gemma styled it out. I'd just try to do the same. Fingers crossed I'm not going to fall, but if it happens, the show must go on."
Admitting it was a "scary" thing to think about, she added: "That's what I'll be doing on Sunday if that does happen but hopefully there will be no falls. It's really scary to think about - falling - but hopefully it doesn't happen."
Liberty admits she is "stepping out her comfort zone" with the show, but she is "comforted" by the fact that everyone else on the ITV programme are doing the same too.
"We're all stepping outside our comfort zone while doing this, that I feel like the fact that everyone's feeling the same - it's kind of comforting," she explained.
"In week one, we just saw everyone give it their absolute best and I feel like we're going to do the same this week as well."
Liberty previously teased that her first performance is "pure independent woman sassy vibes".
"My first routine is pure independent woman, really sassy vibes, and I’ve loved throwing my personality into it and becoming a sass queen. I think that’s my secret weapon on the show," she explained.
Detailing the costumes she has to wear on the ice, she added: "The Dancing On Ice costumes are revealing but feel modest compared with the bikinis I was in almost 24 hours a day on Love Island. I’ve tried on one so far and I loved it, it was so pretty."
