Dancing On Ice star Caprice Bourret pays her sons to leave her alone so she can have daytime sex sessions.
The former glamour model says she tells them not to bother her or husband Ty Comfort for an hour while the pair get hot and heavy.
Caprice and Ty, who married in 2019, have two sons, Jett and Jax who are both aged eight.
The 50-year-old gave her opinion on Helen Flanagan's confession that she hasn't shared a bed with her fiance Scott Sinclaire for seven years so she could cuddle her children.
She said that Helen's bedtime arrangement could be a "relationship killer".
Writing in Closer, she said that couples need to make time for what she called "smoochers" and said that "sex keeps a relationship strong."
"I've had times where I've just had to say in the daytime, 'Right, Mummy and Daddy are doing smoochers! Nobody bother us for an hour,' - and the boys know.
"We went through a stage where we even had to pay them off so they didn't disturb us.
"We'd give them a few pounds and tell them to get lost, basically. They were happy they had money for sweets!"
She's known for talking openly about her sex life and giving other women advice.
Last year she said that women should regularly agree to have sex with their husbands to "take one for the team".
The mum-of-two said that it only takes "between five and ten minutes of your life".
She said that she and her hubby, 54, are "at it like rabbits".
The model, who has graced 250 magazine covers during her career, including Vogue and Cosmopolitan, said that women should ditch excuses like having a headache or being too tired.
Dishing out advice, she said that men are "simple creatures" and said that if they have sex with their partners regularly, then they will make them happy.
Caprice's sons were born three weeks apart from each other in 2013.
One was carried by a surrogate before Caprice found out that she was actually pregnant with her other child.
Despite them being born on different dates, she's given her sons the same birthday so they are "sort of like twins".

She said that she will tell them one day that their birthdays are actually different.
