Dancing On Ice contestant’s Brendan Cole and Ben Foden have insisted they are not embroiled in a bitter feud.
The former rugby player, 36, and the ex-Strictly Come Dancing professional were reported to have locked horns when Ben suggested that Brendan snubbed the WhatsApp group which was set up for the 2022 celebrities of Dancing On Ice.
Ben and Brendan were said to have gotten off on the wrong foot, and are reportedly in a bitter feud weeks before the cameras have even started rolling for the dance competition.
An insider previously told The Sun that Ben and Brendan appeared to clash immediately as the former rugby player kicked off the WhatsApp group chat – but Ben refused to join it.
“Ben messaged everyone privately on Instagram and said 'if you want to join a chat, send me your number,” the source revealed.

"So, whoever hasn't joined obviously hasn't given their number. So, Ben called him out I think."
However, Brendan has now now put the feud rumours to bed.
Brendan took to social media to dismiss the claims.
Sharing a newspaper article on the matter, Brendan wrote on his story: "Oh my word!!? That's it for us Ben...handbags at dawn for us brother.

“Where do people come up with these things.”
It comes as the pair are set to show off their ice-skating skills in a stellar lineup which also includes Love Island ’s Liberty Poole and S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens.
Brendan, who was a professional dancer on the BBC One show for over 14 years recently revealed that he thinks he has an upper hand on Dancing On Ice due to his extensive experience on the dance-floor.
Lifting the lid ahead of his Dancing On Ice journey, Brendan recently told Loose Women: “I’ve got time to learn. I’m just going to embrace the whole experience and I’m very excited to get started.

"To be back on a big stage - and this is a very big, very cold stage - I cannot tell you how excited I am. It means a lot to us in the entertainment industry to have these opportunities and I’m going to take it with both skates.”
Brendan joins Coronation Street legend Sally Dynevor, Happy Mondays dancer Bez, Paraympian Stef Reid, Love Island ’s Liberty Poole, rugby star Ben Foden, Paul Gascoigne’s son Regan Gascoigne and pop star Rachel Stevens.
