Dancing on Ice newcomer Amy Tinkler is taking tips from fellow contestant Rebekah Vardy on how to avoid slip-ups online.
The former Olympic gymnast reckons Rebekah – currently embroiled in a social media row with fellow Wag Coleen Rooney – is the perfect person to help her avoid any unwanted attention.
Amy, 21, who was a reserve skater on the ITV show and stepped in to replace crocked Denise van Outen, told the Sunday People: “Becky Vardy has really looked after me this whole time.
“She was actually the first person who reached out to me when she found out I was a reserve and she’s kept in touch the whole time.
“I think the best advice I’ve got – not just from her but from all of the cast and the production team – is just to keep off social media.”
Rebekah, 38, married to Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, was accused by Man United legend Wayne Rooney’s wife of leaking information about her.
Coleen, 34, was dubbed Wagatha Christie after claiming online that, following detective work, she had concluded the info came from “Rebekah Vardy’s account”.
Rebekah sued for libel and she and Colleen are trying to resolve their differences privately to avoid a court case.

The gymnast said: “I feel like Becky is definitely the person I can go to for any sort of advice.
"It’s really sweet that within the cast I feel like I have a family here and people who I can turn to and talk to.”
Amy is one of three Olympians in this year’s contest, along with ex-hurdler Colin Jackson, 53, and ex-skier Graham Bell, 55.
And she was excited to meet celebs including actor and singer Jason Donovan, 52, and comic Rufus Hound, 41.
