Dancing On Ice fix claims intensify as fans call out judges' 'obvious' favouritism

Dancing on Ice viewers have accused the ITV judges of having clear 'favourites' in the show, as Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly advanced to the final on Sunday night.

As reported by BirminghamLive, Kimberly will face off against Brendan Cole and Regan Gascoigne in the final of the dancing competition show on ITV.

But fans have flocked to social media to complain about the 'obvious favouritism' of the Pussycat Dolls star, as she beat fan favourites Connor Ball and Kye Whyte.

One Twitter user said: "Brendan & Regan do deserve to be finalists but not Kimberly. She's the judges favourite. Sorry but it is as it is. She doesn't dance alone, no original dance routines, no skating showing her a 40 performance. I doubt I'm alone thinking this. If viewers chose she wouldn't be chosen."

Another said: "Let's remember tweeps, the only reason Kimberly may be the judges favourite, is that she is the only female doing female tricks, the men lift the women which for me is harder, not likely to see Brendan do the headbanger #DancingOnIce."

And a third wrote: "Well based on that I'd say Kye but the judge's favourite is Kimberly so she'll make it #DancingOnIce."

Another Twitter user replied, asking: "Do the judges wanna make it any more obvious that Kimberly is their favourite?"

Further tweets said: "Kimberly is definitely judges favourite # DancingOnIce", and "It’s quite obvious Kimberly is the favourite she literally didn’t even dance and still came first. What a fix #DancingOnIce."

The final of Dancing on Ice will air on March 27 on ITV at the usual time of 6:30pm, taking a week off due to the FA Cup fixtures clashing on the TV schedule.
