Dancing On Ice fans joke cameraman is 'drunk' after missing half of Maura's skate

Bemused Dancing On Ice fans were left joking that the cameraman was "drunk" this evening after missing half of Maura Higgins' skate due to some bizarre camera angles.

Tonight, Maura skated to Shakira's She Wolf while donning an amazing werewolf outfit.

The former Love Island star managed to thoroughly impress the judges and scored four sevens, achieving her highest scores of the series.

However viewers were left incredibly annoyed after struggling to watch her performance, claiming that they had only managed to see half of her skate.

One irritated viewer tweeted: "are the camera angles drunk in this skate or? #DancingOnIce."

While another commented: "think the cameraman forgot what his job was for a split second there @dancingonice #DancingOnIce."

A third quipped: "is the cameraman drunk? #DancingOnIce."

"@dancingonice Missed most of Maura's skate due to a drunk camera man... sort it out please!! #DancingOnIce," another pleaded.

Another fumed: "Who is in charge of the camera angles on @dancingonice ? What is the point of all the long distance crane shots? Just stay on the skaters!! #DancingOnIce."

One tweeted: "What is going on with some of the camera angles tonight? Missed half of Mauras routine with random shots. Follow the dancers please. #dancingonice."

A fan joked: "I'd have to liked to have watched Maura's skate but they obviously left the work experience guy in charge of cameras and editing for that. #DOI #DancingOnIce."

*Dancing On Ice returns next Sunday at 6pm on ITV
