Holly Willoughby admitted she was left in tears by the dinosaur that appeared on this weekend's Dancing on Ice.
Host Holly had to revisit her terror from Sunday night's live show when behind the scenes footage of the dinosaur that terrified her was played out on Monday's This Morning.
On Sunday evening, millions of viewers saw host Holly, who wowed fans in a stunning red dress, and then judge Ashley Banjo, seriously spooked by the giant and VERY realistic dinosaur which prowled the studio before and after featuring in Lady Leshurr's Jurassic Park themed Movie Week routine, which landed her at the bottom of the leaderboard and in the skate off.

As cameras rolled, Holly edged further and further away from the huge raptor, until it proved too much for her and she scurried out of shot.
The dinosaur then sprung a huge surprise on Ashley when it crept up to him as he was giving his comments to rapper Lady Leshurr abnd her partner Brendyn.
The Diversity dancer got the fright of his life as the dinosaur got inches from his face, with Holly expressing her relief that she was over the other side of the rink and no longer its target.
But on This Morning, it was revealed that Holly was even more petrified of the dinosaur in rehearsals.
As backstage footage played at the start of Monday's episode, Holly could be heard shouting: "Oh my god!" as it lurked behind her, getting closer all the time.
Dancing on Ice co-host Phillip Schofield urged her not to "show fear" and to "look it in the eye," but, as the dinosaur lunged towards her, Holly cowered against the set and then exclaimed: "I can't! Make it stop!" before running off set as Phillip joked: "How are you going to do this on the telly/?"
As the camera cut back to Phillip and Holly in the This Morning studio, she admitted: "It made me actually cry!" to which he responded: It's been a long time since I've seen you so scared."
