The video was captured by Hayley Louise and was reposted on the "Angies Liverpool" Twitter feed. Already the video has had hundreds of retweets and over 4,100 likes.

In the video the man, who is wearing a red bubble coat and backpack, begins small by stepping and moving his arms up and down, as a member of the public walks by. He soon picks up the pace by utilising the whole of the pavement up to the Argos store behind.

The man stretches his arms towards the sky and begins to spin around, kick out his legs, and moves his arms in isolated intervals. The "moves" are clearly infectious for laughter as you can hear Hayley, who is filming, enjoying the show.

One person tweeted: "Living his best life. Is right!", while another posted: "They say dance like no one is watching and he is. Brilliant. I wish I could dance like that... Brings smiles and that is great".

'Bullying coward' imprisoned girlfriend during vicious night of abuse

A cowardly boyfriend launched a vicious, humiliating attack on a nurse before trying to destroy her career.

David Hickman bit, punched and spat at his then partner, who he shoved through a glass shower partition and poured bleach over. He then ignored her pleas to be released and locked her in his flat overnight.

Hickman’s abuse took place on the night of the Euro 2021 final in which Italy beat England on penalties. He and his partner had been watching the game at the home of a friend before returning to his Wallasey flat part-way through the match.

Gareth Roberts, prosecuting, said drunken Hickman called his victim a “fat s**g”. He added: “He grabbed her by the throat and he held her against the bedroom wall and spat in her face.”

His assault continued into the bathroom, where he pushed her through a glass shower curtain. Mr Roberts said: “The glass smashed, shattering all over the room and putting glass shards in her hands and feet. The defendant grabbed some bleach and poured it all over her head and face.”

In the bedroom he handled her again, placing his hand over her mouth while she tried to scream, before taking her keys and phone and locking her in the flat. He used a broom to jam the handle and continued to assault her throughout the night, twice biting her on the face.

Teen's eyebrows 'fell out' morning after beauty treatment

Ruby Nelson feared she would be left with no eyebrows after she woke up and looked at her face in the mirror (Kennedy News and Media)

A beauty technician feared her eyebrows would never grow back after a horror allergic reaction caused them to "fall out".

Ruby Nelson said she has tinted her own eyebrows for years, and used the same product she always has done when she unexpectedly suffered an allergic reaction. The 18-year-old woke up the following morning with an itchy and swollen face that "burned", which progressively got worse as the skin blistered.

After a hospital trip and some antibiotics, the reaction began to calm but the scabs that formed pulled most of the hairs out, leaving the teen worried she would have no eyebrows left. The eyelash technician has now shared shocking photos of her swollen face and blistered eyebrows to warn other beauty technicians about the risk of developing an allergy and the need to re-patch test regularly.

Ruby, from Leicester, said: "I do my own eyebrows and I've been tinting them for years - it was the same tint I always use. I did it before I went to sleep - I took the tint off and went to sleep and then in the morning my eyes were really red and itchy.

"I could've realised sooner if it wasn't right before I went to bed but obviously when I woke up it was too late because it had already soaked into my skin overnight. My face was itchy and then I looked in the mirror and it was all red and swollen.

"Then they started scabbing and hairs were coming out with the scabs so I thought I wasn't going to have any eyebrows left. They were really thin for a while and I was worried they weren't going to grow back because of scar tissue."
