Life Festival will celebrate its 15th birthday next May, and they will be bringing some dance music royalty along for the ride.
Legendary DJ Carl Cox – a man who career mirrors the story of house and techno in the UK and beyond – has been announced as the dance festival's first headliner.
Martin Smyth of Life said, “He is one of biggest DJs in the world so it's only fitting that he finally makes his Life Festival debut.
“A musical ambassador and a veteran of acid house, a champion of techno, a dance music pioneer, label owner, King of Ibiza – you name it, Carl's been there and done it, never losing sight of his passions – playing music, breaking tunes and celebrating life.”
LIFE 20 runs from 22nd – 24th May 2020 in Belvedere House, Mullingar, Co Westmeath. Early-bird tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am from www.eventbrite.ie , priced €159.50 including fees.
The 2019 edition of the festival featured acts including Bicep, Camelphat, MK, Kerri Chandler and Paula Temple.
