Dan Osborne has shared a topless selfie with his followers as he revealed he's embarked on a body transformation.
The former TOWIE star is known for his rippling abs and rarely hesitates whipping off his top to show them off on social media.
Regardless, the dad-of-three has announced that he's no longer focusing on "looking big" and is going to aim to "feel good and fit" instead.
He gave the update to fans on Instagram yesterday as he shared another classic shirtless photo of himself since changing his exercise routine.
Dan said: "Lost a lot of size I know but feeling so much better, fitter and more agile now I've cut out the heavy lifting."
He continued in the recent post on Instagram: "Doing lots of cardio now and enjoying it, which I never did before."
The 30-year-old added: "Just got to a point where I want to concentrate on feeling good and fit rather than looking big."
The post comes after his wife Jacqueline Jossa underwent a "transformation" of her own by getting a non-surgical facelift for her recently, as a "birthday present" to herself.
The former EastEnders actor - with whom Dan has two children - told her followers that the "non-invasive facial" wouldn't involve needles and was instead "all natural."
It's said to be called a "transformation facelift" with a doctor overseeing the procedure having told Jacqueline's followers that it would "lift, tighten and sculpt."
To celebrate his wife's 29th birthday last week, Dan posted a photo of their family - which includes daughters Ella and Mia as well as his son Teddy, from a previous relationship.
Alongside the photo, he wrote: "A huge happy birthday to my wife @jacjossa from me & these incredible munchkins. We love you! Hope you had a lovely day."
Commenting on the post, Jacqueline said she had been "spoilt." She wrote: "Love you all so much, yous have spoilt me!! My little munchkins. Love you baby."
The I'm a Celebrity winner had a Halloween -themed birthday party and dressed up as Cruella de Vil for the occasion. In a post on Instagram, she said it was the "best party ever" and praised several small businesses who helped put it together.
Her costume and the decoration of her home received praise in the comments section, including from celebrities.
Reality TV star Vicky Pattison said "this is sick," whilst Love Island alum Maura Higgins simply wrote "love" alongside a fire emoji. This Morning 's Josie Gibson said: "Omg wow."
