Dan Osborne reveals how he's been coping while his wife Jacqueline Jossa is on I'm a Celebrity

It's been difficult to tear Dan Osborne away from the TV in the evenings since his wife arrived in the jungle for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne drove four and half hours to Manchester for an influencer dinner - and unable to miss an episode he watched the ITV reality show on his mobile phone before heading back to Essex.

Dan, who has two daughters Mia, 15 months, and Ella, four with Jacqueline, says he's been living on takeaways while cheering on his wife from their sofa back home, so it's a good thing that he's having a gym built in their garage while his wife is away.

Speaking at the launch event hosted by protein brand Warrior Supplements at FoodWell, Dan said: "I’m loving my I’m A Celeb nights although the amount of take aways is making my gym sessions even more valuable."

The reality star left the event to watch I'm A Celebrity in his car before the long trip home.

Dan is expected to jet to Australia soon to cheer on former EastEnders star Jacqueline in the 2019 series of I'm A Celebrity in person.

He and Jacqueline, who played Lauren Branning in EastEnders from 2010 until last year, married in June 2017.

Jacqueline has already had a rollercoaster time since entering the jungle on Sunday.

The actress had a meltdown on Tuesday’s episode after being made to face her biggest fears - spiders.

With the support of her campmates Ian Wright, Caitlyn Jenner, James Haskell and Andrew Maxwell she overcame her terror and helped win meals for the celebs before they joined the main camp in Croc Creek.
