Panicked Dan Osborne complained he was feeling stressed about Christmas.
The dad-of-three admitted he was racing around the shopping centres like a "headless chicken" trying to get last minute Christmas gifts.
In a piece to camera on Friday night, the former TOWIE star confessed he found Xmas shopping "hard work".
Dan and Jacqueline divided up the shopping list as they headed to different shopping centres to ensure they had everything for their two daughters Mia and Ella on Christmas morning.
Even with the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here winner's help, Dan said he was feeling the pressure.
"Why is Christmas shopping so stressful and hard work?" He asked his fans.
Dan left all the Christmas shopping to the last minute while Jacqueline was starring on reality show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.
The whole family made the trip to Australia to support the actress while she was in the jungle.
But Christmas slipped Dan's mind as he took it upon himself to look after his two girls in Jacqueline's absence.
Dan said: "All of a sudden, Xmas is here, I'm rushing around like a headless chicken.
"Jac is at one shopping centre. I'm at another... Three other shops to go in. Already been in three.
He added: "Intense shopping trip tonight."
Dan was also preoccupied with tying up the loose ends of his son Teddy's party which will take place on Saturday.
Earlier on Friday, the parents were feeling the heat of the last minute shopping when they were pictured looking strained over a lunch at Toby Cavery.
It's been a tough few weeks for the couple after Dan was swept up in bold claims he had a threesome with Chloe Ayling and Natalie Nunn last year.
The family man maintained these claims were false.
But it's not all bad news; in the wake of her win, Jacqueline has reportedly signed a six-figure deal with In The Style clothing range in 2020.
