Former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne headed to Manchester after an idyllic family break, and he was on a mission to get in shape.
Dan holidayed in Rhodes with his wife Jacqueline Jossa and his three children, and after soaking up the sunshine he wants to be fighting fit ready for the winter.
The 29-year-old reality TV personality showed off his holiday bronze as he visited healthy fast food store KBK on Ancoats.
“I’ve been on holiday recently and I need to get back in to shape ready for the winter," he said.
“Manchester is one of my favourite places, I love coming up here and always pop in to see the team.”
Dan was all smiles after his holiday with ex EastEnders star Jacqueline, 27, their daughters Ella, five, and two-year-old Mia and his six-year-old son Teddy from a previous relationship.
"My little squad in the ocean together," he wrote alongside a holiday snap of the family in the sea.
"My babies first time on a boat, they absolutely loved it! Then we jumped in to see some.
"Yes I have a life jacket one because 1. I was holding Mia and 2. I do NOT understand how people float!!"
Sharing another photo he said: "What a lovely holiday it has been.
"Amazing place, even more amazing company.️ "Been real quiet on here, just wanted to leave my phone alone and enjoy family time and I have loved it."
Jacqueline, who played Lauren Branning in the BBC1 soap and won the 2019 series of I'm A Celebrity ...Get Me Out Of Here, also relived happy memories by sharing photos from the Greek holiday.
