Dan Meis and Everton fans throw support behind latest Bramley-Moore dock idea

Dan Meis has hinted towards his next idea for Everton's proposed new Bramley-Moore dock stadium.

Blues supporters were wowed last month after designs for the new ground were released to the public, ahead of the second stage of public consultation getting underway.

That phase began on July 26 and is set to last through to August 25, with the roadshow visiting Goodison Park on Saturday around Everton's latest fixture at home to Watford.

Following the second stage of public consultation closing, the Blues would then look to submit planning application for their project before the end of the year.

But, Meis already has his hopes set on something to potentially be released after the stadium is built.

Replying to an Everton fan on Twitter who asked about a documentary being produced about Bramley-Moore , the American was quick to throw his support behind the idea.

He said: "Yeah, we need to document the journey! Must get this trending #Bramleymooremovie".

Numerous Everton supporters then offered their support for a potential documentary on the historic story of the club's new stadium - and suggested ideas they had for anyone interested in making the film.
