Damian Lillard suffers finger dislocation in Game 2, X-Rays negative

The Los Angeles Lakers responded in a major way on Thursday night with a monster performance from their two stars, Anthony Davis and LeBron James, to push up a monster lead on their way to a Game 2 win. But the Portland Trail Blazers added injury to insult, with Damian Lillard suffering dislocated left index finger in the third quarter.

Lillard left the game and was deemed out for the game after hitting the foot of Anthony Davis with a reach in for a steal. The Blazers did announce somewhat good news for Lillard that the x-rays on his left hand were negative, but he will likely be playing in pain for the remainder of the series.

Anthony Davis was incredible for the Lakers in this game, scoring 31 points and grabbing 11 rebounds as he attacked the rim with consistency and did not settle for as many midrange shots as he did in Game 1. He also had his outside shot going, going 3 of 4 from the 3-point line,
