Damian Lillard’s series-winning shot is even better on the Korean broadcast

The Portland Trail Blazers’ Dame Lillard went and did the thing on Tuesday night, knocking off the Thunder and closing out the series with a game-winning, series-winning, buzzer-beating, 3-point shot from the dang center court logo that gave the Blazers a 118-115 victory and a 4-1 series win.

It was bananas. And it was at home, so the crowd went absolutely berserk when the shot fell. It’s a moment that we’ll watch for a long time, from every angle, and, as this video will show you, in different languages as well.

This video, from NBC Sports Northwest, captures the Korean broadcast of the game, specifically the moment that Lillard hits the shot. The infectious energy, the breaking out into “DAME TIME,” it’s all perfect, and will make you appreciate the moment even more.

The moment has already been meme-ified. It will rightfully be celebrated. It solidified Lillard as the hero the NBA needs right now. And it was gloriously petty.

[UPDATE]: Here’s the call in Mandarin.

Let’s spend all day enjoying it.
