Damarious Randall declares himself day-to-day for Week 10

Browns starting free safety Damarious Randall has missed the team’s last two games with a hamstring injury. It’s the second time this season Randall has missed two consecutive games with an injury.

Just as he did after missing Weeks 2 and 3, Randall expects to return after his two week absence. The safety declared himself “day-to-day” after participating in Wednesday’s practice session to reporters gathered around his locker, including Fred Greetham of WTAM.

His comments echo coach Freddie Kitchens. The Browns head man had this to say about Randall at his own press conference,

“Getting Damarious back will definitely help so hopefully, we will see how he is this week.”

Randall missed his two games earlier in the season with a concussion. With Jermaine Whitehead now an ex-Brown after his unfortunate postgame Twitter tirade, the Browns could sorely use a healthy Randall back in the lineup at safety.
